Beach Weddings at Secrets Maroma

For either your wedding ceremony, cocktail and/or reception, this is a dream location. With miles of gorgeous white sandy beach as far as your eyes can see. The Caribbean Sea is the backdrop. Set on a very private side of the resort. Great for large groups, with a capacity for 150 guests.

Wedding Gazebo by the Pool

This location has an ocean view and becomes pretty private thanks to the Gazebo’s lovely drapes (not featured in the unedited image). Your guests will face the beach during the ceremony. The surrounding terrace area can also be used for your cocktail hour and/or wedding reception. The capacity is for up to 80 guests.

Seaside and Oceana Terraces

Seaside: The largest terrace at the resort, with a capacity for 150 guests, expanding onto the garden area for more guests if needed. There is low traffic of people in this area in the late afternoon, so it is fairly private. The palm trees and ocean breeze make it a great outdoor tropical location for your cocktail or reception.

Oceana: Also a spacious terrace with a capacity of 120 guests for either cocktail hour or reception. It is located in the central area between the buildings.

Ballroom

If you want an indoor location for your cocktail or reception with A/C this is the spot for you. This area is also a bad weather backup. It offers several break-out areas for smaller groups but can fit up to 300 people if you use the entire ballroom space. It is right across the nightclub and has no curfew, unlike the other locations.

And of course, there’s a backup location for the ceremony as well, for crazy Caribbean weather reasons. Very spacious, with a lot of light, and right by the ballroom.
