South Australia has recorded two new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
The new cases include an old case who is no longer infectious and a new case diagnosed in hotel quarantine who will be the first patient to be transported to the state’s Tom’s Court Hotel in Adelaide.
“COVID-positive patients will be transferred to Toms Court as of Monday morning. Our first patient who was diagnosed as COVID-positive has the test result back and that transfer is happening today,” Minister for Health Stephen Wade said.
“The transfer is done my ambulance to protect the infection control measures and we wish that patient well.”
More than 6200 tests were conducted in the more recent reporting period.
